30-day money-back guarantee

Every paid product on this site — the Family plan (monthly or annual) and the AMC 8 Recognition Sprint — comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, we refund it in full. No argument, no cancellation gauntlet.

How to get a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or manage your subscription any time from your account page. We aim to reply within one business day and process the refund immediately.

Cancel anytime

Subscriptions (monthly and annual) can be cancelled at any time — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't require a refund request.

After 30 days

Past the 30-day window we don't offer prorated refunds on annual plans, but you can still cancel to stop the next renewal, and if something is genuinely broken on our end, email us — we'll make it right.
